Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM manufacturing. You can customize colors, materials, logos, packaging, and even create entirely new designs. Our in-house product development team will work with you from sample to mass production.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products meet international safety and quality standards including CE, REACH, and CPSIA. We also provide third-party lab test reports upon request to ensure compliance with your destination market regulations.
How long does production and shipping take?
Sample production takes 7–10 days. Bulk orders typically ship within 15–25 days after deposit confirmation. We ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, and express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Door-to-door service is available.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sample orders so you can verify quality firsthand. Sample fees are refundable when you place a bulk order. Contact us with your requirements and we'll arrange sample delivery.
